Equipment + consumables

One packaging process. Two connected product choices.

Explore the PH automatic pipe packaging line and the PE film used for longitudinal packaging. The equipment configuration and material specification should be reviewed together.

PH Automatic Pipe & Profile Packaging Line

The PH line connects batch feeding, single-pipe film wrapping, collection, adhesive tape bundling and discharge to the stacking position. The standard reference configuration uses a single film and supports square, round and rectangular pipe applications, subject to the agreed product range.

The interactive demonstration shows how individual protection and grouping fit into the process. It does not include heat shrinking, and the illustrated number of pipes is not a universal bundle specification.

PE Packaging Film

Transparent and printed film options support different package appearance requirements. Width, thickness, roll diameter and the sealing arrangement need to match the intended line and product.

The film page provides the reference roll data, minimum order quantity and lead-time range from the product information. Confirm the final material specification and delivery schedule when requesting a quotation.

Select by application

Start with what enters the line and what must leave it.

For a new packaging project, describe the pipe material, section, length and wall thickness. State the required surface finish after packaging and whether the film should be transparent or printed. Include the expected grouping and handling arrangement rather than only an hourly output target.

For an existing line, provide its film roll requirements and sealing method. Describe any current feeding, seal appearance or changeover concerns so the material review can address the actual operating conditions.

Reference machine dimensions are useful for an early footprint check, but they do not replace a project layout. Allow for access to loading, film replacement, maintenance and finished-package collection when preparing the site information.
