Before you choose equipment
We start with your products and packaging requirements. Share the pipe shape, dimensions, intended packaging method and production needs. The next discussion can cover film, handling stages, site conditions and any additional requirements.
Preparing for installation and use
Discuss installation guidance and operator training while defining the equipment proposal. The arrangements should reflect the machine configuration, project location and the responsibilities agreed between both parties.
Confirm the electrical supply, air supply and installation space for the proposed equipment before preparing the site.
Operation, maintenance and technical questions
For support with an existing machine, describe the equipment, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Include the product and film involved and any message shown by the controls, if available.
We aim to reply to enquiries and support requests within 24 hours. The work needed to resolve a question, arrange a part or provide site support depends on the issue and the agreed service scope.

Service arrangements for your project
Warranty terms, spare parts, site attendance and any service charges follow the project contract or a separately agreed arrangement. Discuss any requirements that are important to your operation before confirming the project.
Film samples and equipment enquiries
You can enquire about PE film samples and the checks you want to carry out. Sample arrangements are confirmed separately. Pre-purchase equipment trials are not offered.
