Project support

A clear scope from the first requirement to handover.

Use the project discussion to establish the equipment configuration, technical interfaces and support responsibilities. The agreed proposal should define what is included at each stage.

Project review

Make the important decisions visible.

01

Describe the product

Provide material, cross-section, minimum and maximum lengths, weight and surface requirements. Identify changes between product sizes that may affect the packaging process.

02

Define the result

Set out the individual film coverage, bundle arrangement, adhesive tape positions and discharge requirement. Include the next handling operation after the bundle leaves the machine.

03

Review the layout

Check loading direction, available footprint, operator access and the space needed for film replacement and maintenance. Mark upstream and downstream equipment on the layout.

04

Agree the checks

Discuss representative pipe samples, packaging materials and the functions to demonstrate before shipment. Define the acceptance conditions in the project documentation.

05

Plan installation

Clarify site preparation, utilities, lifting arrangements and the responsibilities of each party. Confirm commissioning and training scope before scheduling site work.

06

Prepare for operation

Agree the documentation, consumable specification and spare-parts requirements. Identify who will handle technical questions and which machine details should accompany a support request.

Defined in the proposal

Service terms should match the actual project.

Warranty coverage, commissioning arrangements, training, spare parts and response channels are matters for the written project agreement. This page does not establish a universal response time or an international on-site service commitment.

For an existing line, start with the machine identification and a description of the issue. Explain when the problem occurs, which product and film are in use, and whether the condition changed after a size change or material replacement. Do not send confidential control programs or credentials through the enquiry form.

If your question concerns film feeding or sealing, include the current film specification and a description of the finished seal. These details make it easier to separate a material requirement from a machine configuration question.

Bring the process and the open questions.

Review the packaging line and film requirements before sending your project brief.

Technical support inputs

Make a support request specific.

Pinxu provides after-sales technical support for its packaging solutions. Clear machine, product and film information gives that discussion a useful starting point.

Product transitions

Record the two specifications involved, their material and length, the film in use and the point where the difficulty appears. Distinguish a changeover issue from a recurring problem on a single product.

Film and seal appearance

Include the roll identification, known material specification and a clear photograph of the affected package. State whether the issue concerns feeding, a film break, the seal or the finished appearance.

Collection and discharge

Describe the bundle count, arrangement and receiving position. Identify the stage involved: accumulation, tape application or transfer. Refer to the five-stage line tour when explaining the sequence.

These details are for a technical review, not a remote repair procedure. Keep guards and safety systems in place, and follow the machine’s operating instructions. Confirm the appropriate channel before sharing detailed production files.
