Which products can you discuss with us?
Our pipe packaging applications include round, square and rectangular pipes. The reference product range includes pipe wall thicknesses below 3 mm; the proposed machine configuration must also match the pipe length, cross-section and packaging method.
Aluminium and plastic profiles can be discussed as application requirements. Send the profile shape and dimensions so that suitability can be assessed for the project.

PH single-film and PS dual-film models
PH uses a single-film frame. It is an option to discuss when the packaging content is relatively consistent and film changes are less frequent.
PS uses a dual-film frame. Discuss this version when your work involves changing between film requirements or printed content more often.
The choice starts with how you use film during production. Describe your usual runs and changeovers, and we will review the model and configuration with you.

How pipes arrive at the machine and move away afterwards is part of the packaging discussion. Share your feeding arrangement, collection requirements and any bundling or stacking steps you want included.
What should you send for a quote?
Start with your company details, reply email and product dimensions. A drawing, current packaging description, target output or film specification can help during follow-up, but you can begin before every detail is available.
If a dimension is not yet known, write “Not sure yet” and describe the product. Technical details and the commercial proposal are developed through the project discussion.
