PH Automatic Pipe & Profile Packaging Line

A coordinated line for individual film wrapping, pipe collection, adhesive tape bundling and stacking. The PH model combines a blue equipment exterior with a standard single-film configuration.

Product and process

Protect individual surfaces before grouping the pipes.

The loading conveyor receives a batch of pipes. A separation mechanism releases them one by one to the film operation. After the film is applied, sealed and cut, the protected pipes enter the collection area. Adhesive tape then secures the group before it is transferred to the stacking position.

This sequence is intended to make individual protection and bundle handling part of one connected process. There is no heat-shrink stage in the demonstrated configuration. The website animation uses square pipes and a six-pipe group to explain the movement; it does not define the bundle quantity for every application.

PH reference specification

The listed figures describe the PH reference configuration. Product suitability, utilities, layout and output conditions should be confirmed in the technical proposal.

The reference output is 5,000 pipes over 10 hours. Pipe dimensions, film specification, bundle format and loading conditions need to be reviewed before applying that figure to a production target. It is not a guaranteed rate for every product.

Prepare the configuration

Provide the full range, not only one nominal pipe.

Send the material, cross-section, minimum and maximum pipe lengths, weight and surface finish. Include the expected number of products per bundle, tape positions and the next handling operation after discharge. These details help establish whether the reference arrangement fits your application.

A workshop layout should show loading access and finished-package collection as well as the proposed equipment area. Review the PE packaging film specification alongside the equipment, and describe any printing or surface-protection requirements.

Continuous production

Less interruption between products.

Pinxu’s packaging-line range is designed for continuous industrial production, with integrated control connecting feeding, separation, sealing and cutting, collection and discharge.

Specification changes

The range supports product-specification changes without stopping the line or replacing the packaging film for the change. The compatible product range and film arrangement must be established for the selected configuration; this is not an unrestricted changeover claim for every PH application.

Loading and unloading

Continuous loading and unloading are part of the line’s design approach. Coordinate incoming batches and finished-package collection so these interfaces support the intended production flow rather than becoming separate manual wrapping stages.

Repeatable packaging

Automatic film handling and a defined wrapping sequence address the variation associated with manual bagging and wrapping: uneven tightness, inconsistent presentation and dependence on repeated manual handling. Evaluate the finished appearance with representative products.

Modular configuration

Fit the production requirement, not just the floor space.

Product dimensions, required output and workshop layout guide the customized line arrangement.

Pinxu’s broader equipment range addresses stainless-steel pipes, aluminum profiles, plastic-steel profiles and other metal pipes. These are application areas for configuration review, not a statement that every material and section runs on the same standard machine.

For PH, begin with the reference specification above, then identify the product transitions that occur during a normal shift. Include the smallest and largest sections, changes in length, surface finish and required package format. This makes changeover capability a defined part of the proposal rather than an assumption.

Discuss film selection at the same time. The dimensional range of the products and the film format need to work together if specification changes are to take place without replacing the film.

Equipment questions

What should be confirmed before ordering?

Can every size change run without stopping?

No universal size range is stated here. Pinxu describes non-stop specification changes as a capability of its line range; the actual sizes, transitions and film compatibility need to be defined for your configuration.

Does PH shrink-wrap the finished bundle?

No. The illustrated process wraps individual pipes, seals and cuts the film, collects the protected pipes and secures them with adhesive tape. It has no heat-shrink tunnel.

Is the animated six-pipe bundle a fixed requirement?

No. It illustrates collection and transfer. The proposed bundle count, pattern and discharge arrangement should be agreed for the actual products.

How many operators or how much labor will it save?

The equipment automates manual packaging operations, but the supplied information does not establish a staffing number or a savings percentage. Loading, supervision and downstream handling must be assessed for the project.
