The supplied film product information specifies PE material and longitudinal packaging. Width, thickness and roll diameter are available to a custom specification, so the reference figures below should be checked against the machine and packaged product before ordering.
For the illustrated PH line, film protection is applied to individual pipes before collection and adhesive tape bundling. Sealing the film is a different operation from heat shrinking; the demonstrated equipment does not contain a heat-shrink stage.
When replacing film on an existing line, provide the current roll specification and describe the seal and feeding requirements. A roll that fits mechanically still needs to be suitable for the intended packaging result.

Designed for the machine
Good packaging starts before the seal.
Pinxu develops dedicated film formulations and specifications around the material, profile shape and packaging process. Roll dimensions are only one part of that match.
Feed consistently
Uniform thickness and a friction coefficient suited to automatic feeding help the film travel through the system. The aim is smooth delivery with fewer film jams and breaks, rather than selecting a roll only because it fits the mounting position.
Wrap the surface
Tensile performance, toughness and puncture resistance support close, even wrapping around pipes and profiles. Film selection should consider edges, surface finish and the appearance required after wrapping.
Form a sound seal
The dedicated film is developed for the line’s sealing and cutting operation, with attention to seal integrity and resistance to cracking or edge separation. Actual settings and acceptance criteria depend on the selected material and machine.

Can the film be customized beyond its width?
Yes. The product range supports customized formulation, thickness and roll diameter as well as width. Start with the product material, shape and packaging process, then define the required appearance and optional functions.
Can I use it on another packaging machine?
Suitability needs a review of that machine’s feeding, roll mounting and sealing requirements. A compatible roll size alone does not establish process compatibility.
Does heat sealing mean heat shrinking?
No. Sealing joins the film at the seal area. The demonstrated PH process does not include a heat-shrink stage.
Are puncture resistance and anti-static performance quantified?
No test values are stated in the supplied product introduction. Where a measured property is required, include the target and test method in the order specification rather than relying on a general description.
