Keep each dimension clearly labelled
Record the measurement name beside its value and unit. A roll dimension and a film dimension answer different questions; a photograph with an unlabelled number leaves room for misunderstanding.

Pinxu's reference unfolded width range is 3–6.6 m. Discuss that reference together with the pipe length and packaging arrangement; it is not a pipe diameter specification or an automatic matching rule.
Describe clear or printed film
For clear film, explain the packaging task and the finished presentation you need. For printed film, add the text or design required and whether artwork is available.
If different orders use different printed content, mention that pattern. It helps connect the film discussion with the way your equipment is used.
Use the information you already have
A current supplier specification, roll label or equipment requirement can help explain your starting point. Keep the original units when sharing details. If a label is unclear, flag the uncertainty instead of guessing a thickness or converting an ambiguous value.
You can begin an enquiry with “Not sure yet” for unknown dimensions. Describe the pipe and packaging task so the missing details can be discussed.
Decide what a sample should help you check
State the question you want to investigate with a sample: dimensions, printed content or use with the intended equipment. Sample specifications and arrangements need to be agreed before proceeding.
