When does the film requirement change?
Describe a typical sequence of orders. Do you use the same film throughout, or move between films with different printed content? Note why a change happens and what the operator needs to do before the next run.
PH is an option to discuss when packaging content stays relatively consistent and film changes are less frequent. PS is a version to discuss when different film requirements or printed content change more often.
There is no change-count threshold in this guide. Your production routine is the starting point for a model discussion.
Separate pipe changes from film changes
A change in pipe dimensions and a change in film requirements describe different tasks. Record both, even when they happen during the same order change.

Compare the proposed setup
Ask how the proposed film arrangement would handle your usual jobs. Include questions about preparing film, changing between requirements and the operator tasks involved. Confirm those details for the version being discussed.
A dual-film frame alone does not establish a faster packing cycle or a particular changeover time. Any such comparison needs its own conditions and measurements.
